  • Not much done, Sprint will be extended/copied

Release

  • Ideally with new Java 17 (LTS) in September (then, Java 11 is also not supported any longer)
  • Release with current Eclipse version at that point of time so everything is compatible to current state
  • Releases:
    • 5.2: Around October: Eclipse 2021-12 with Java 11 (for release), ensure compatibility with Java and then switch to Java 17 on nightly; already ensure that Java 17 works.
    • 5.3: Switch to Java 17
  • TODO (next ConCall)
    • Make appointment for testing day

EDP2

  • Capturing measurement data:
    • Can there be multiple measurements for the same point of time (for the same metric)?
      • Possible problems: Infinitesimally small time (float in delays too small), delays not modelled (e.g. passive resource is acquired and immediately released)
      • Apart from pathological cases, the assumption that there are not multiple measurements for the same point of time is valid.
