feedback concerning Palladio 4.2 release

• any known issues or problems detected ?
  • Drop not running on recent Mac OS, Issue PALLADIO-447 has been changed to not reproducible.
    • close the issue and re-report if necessary. Unzipping might be a problem.
    • Issue is assigned to Markus and then closed.
  • Maven also supports building DMGs, but postpone this
  • Currently there seems to be a problem in Finder zipping/unzipping

future of SOMOX

• delegate strategic development to dedicated expert (Yves?, Manar?)
  • Yves will lead development and report in concalls

webcall conference system

• drawbacks of ConCall room: no support for screen sharing, responsible persons with admin rights for concall room is unknown
• support for screen sharing needed in the future?
• discuss if DFNconf (https://www.conf.dfn.de/) is an alternative
  • Alternatives with WebRTC (?). Has some limitation on participants, should be enough for us.
  • All participants should be moderators, if only FZI is there, different means for the call.
  • DFN could also be connected regarding adding anonymous users.
  • Difference is not worth changing to different system.
  • Future concalls will take place in the other room where we have all rights. (Sebastian sends mail via list)
