Discovered Problems in PCM 4.0

  • Sebastian: No problems so far
  • Steffen: SoMoX has many bugs (exist for quite a while), currently fixing bugs
    • requires new service release
  • Christian: QVTo implementation for Luna has many Bugs that are solved in Mars
    • Simulizar not usable, update of QVTo not possible because of version constraints
    • Steffen: Add troubleshooting entry on palladio page
      • Simulizar requires Mars
  • Sebastian: Student executes manual tests from JIRA
    • might reveal new bugs but most probably only discovers outdated tests

Outstanding PCM Meta Model Changes

  • outstanding changes
    • Michael is sending a collection via mail and calls for further additions
  • schedule
    • wait for service release before applying the changes?
      • Steffen: create a branch for the service release and apply changes directly to trunk
      • Christian: create branch in SVN and build against the branch (add flag to rmap)
      • avoid using deprecated methods or derived attributes because the meta model will be cluttered
  • update plugin versions and version in namespace URI, so changes are detectable
