Smart Grid Model

The Smart Grid Resilience Framework (the Smart Grid Model is part of the framework) is developed within the scope of the interdisciplinary portfolio research project about critical infrastructures, which is funded by the Helmholtz Foundation. Its source code can be found here [1]. The metamodel can be used to describe the topology of a smart grid. A cyber-attacker simulation and an impact analysis are directly supported. These simulations can be coupled with a power load simulation and a simulation of critical infrastructures which are developed by our research partners.
Setup
- Get Eclipse
- Best case: get Eclipse Modeling Tools (2019-09)
- Install modeling components: Sirius
- Best case: get Eclipse Modeling Tools (2019-09)
- Install MDSDProfiles from the nightly update site
- Import Projects into Workspace [2] (except smartgrid.model.topo.sirius, which belongs in the inner instance)
- Start inner Eclipse instance using the run configuration
