Thesis Goal | Feedback mechanisms have not yet been sufficiently researched in the context of smart systems. From the research and the industrial perspective, this motivates for investigations on how users could be supported to provide appropriate feedback in the context of smart systems. A key challenge for providing such feedback means in the smart system context might be to understand and consider the needs of smart system users for communicating their feedback. | ||
